MIHE’s PhD student Asgar Halim Rajput (second from the right) was examined on Wednesday 17 May 2017, and we congratulate him on successfully passing his PhD. The title of his thesis was: “A Neoteric Investigation of Muslim Chaplains in Higher Education in England”.
The Institute also congratulates his supervisory team, both Dr Ataullah Siddiqui (lead supervisor) and Dr Abdullah Sahin (second supervisor).
The external examiner was Reverend Jeremy Clines (University of Sheffield), and the internal examiners were Dr. Ian G. Williams and Dr Zahid Parvez.Thanks also go to the Chair, Dr Robin Bown (University of Gloucestershire).
